Besides its monthly member newsletter, the Nevada Native Plant Society issues two series of publications on an irregular schedule. The society's occasional journal Mentzelia includes articles and monographs of interest to the membership that are longer and more in-depth than those appearing in the newsletter. The most recent is number 8 (2007), spiral bound, describing the Spring Mountains of Clark and Nye counties, Nevada, and their vascular flora. The Occasional Papers series issues single articles on botanical topics, often reprinted from other (usually out-of-print) sources. Back issues are available for those issues listed with prices below and may be ordered from our online catalog, by mail (NNPS, P.O. Box 8965, Reno, NV 89507) or by emailing Janel at president@nvnps.org. Prices include sales tax and postage.
